      <image:title>Mr Rainbow</image:title>
<image:caption>Bowie is a therapy-dog-in-training. He joins Mel at the office most weekday mornings and is tenderhearted, a friendly greeter and spends most his time sleeping during therapy sessions ;) The name Mr. Rainbow seemed fitting for a therapy dog. As cliche as it sounds, rainbows remind the world that after even the most threatening of storms, beauty will still show up. Being human is tender, hard in fact, and most of us experience difficult seasons and painful events. Additionally, rainbows seem on par with the practices as both Sarah and Mel wholeheartedly affirm the LGBTQ+ community and advocate for the full dignity, rights and safety of every human who comes through our doors. The practice knows not everyone enjoys animals so should you wish for Bowie to make himself scarce during your session please let Mel know ahead of time.</image:caption>

Being able to say: I have good reasons to be scared of the dark, of raised voices, of being swallowed up by love, of being alone…The expectation should be: I know we are all in need of healing, so how are we doing our healing work? -adrienne maree brown</image:caption>
